A BIT ABOUT ME
I recently obtained my Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from Old Dominion University where I worked in the Applied Cognitive Performance (Human Factors) Lab under the advisement of Dr. Yusuke Yamani.
During my three-year tenure at ODU, I completed graduate coursework in experimental design, advanced statistical analyses, human factors psychology, and human-computer interaction. I also conducted several lab studies examining how humans perform tasks with automated aid and worked with a team to improve the user experience of the RedBox kiosk interface for the visually impaired. From these experiences, I developed proficiency in planning experiments, recruiting and screening participants, designing surveys, conducting usability testing, data collection/analysis, determining implications of research findings, and communicating research findings to stakeholders.
I am currently completing a UX Research Internship at F# Digital Music Advertising Agency. I aim to obtain a full-time UX Researcher position upon completion of my internship.
